1 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

1-2 ACCEPTANCE

The customer must return his parcel by post to the address which will be communicated to him by email after having sent the exchange notification email to the email address: contact@themoroccansouk.com. The return address of the parcel is in France for orders delivered outside Morocco and Morocco for orders delivered to Morocco. It should be noted that items must be returned new. Items that have been worn or damaged can not be returned under any circumstances. All items must be returned in the original packaging, without any inscription on it, with the labels in place and any accessories attached and the booklets, documents and proof of registration included in the package. 4. PRICE

The selling prices of the products are those applicable on the day of the order, as displayed on the amaz-store.com online store.

5. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT

5.1 TRANSPORT COSTS

Shipping costs, are calculated according to the place of delivery and the weight of each order and are the responsibility of the customer except in case of promotion.
When confirming the order to the customer, YOUSSEF AANGE micro-entreprise indicates to him in writing in the summary of the order, the applicable delivery charges.

5.2 DELIVERY

Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer during the ordering process on themoroccansouk.com online store.
For deliveries in Morocco, YOUSSEF AANGA micro-entreprise ships orders through its partner Amana within x working days from the date of receipt of full payment of the order.
For international deliveries (excluding Morocco), YOUSSEF AANGA micro-entreprise ships orders through its partner DHL / Fedex / Chronopost within 15 working days maximum.
Upon shipment, a tracking number (traking) is communicated to the customer who allows him to track the routing of his order.
In case of absence of the customer during the delivery, the carrier deposits a notice of passage indicating the place where to withdraw the order.
If the customer has not been able to recover his package, YOUSSEF AANGA micro-entreprise no longer assumes any liability for the said order.
As a result, the customer is no longer authorized to ask YOUSSEF AANGA micro-entreprise for the reimbursement of his order or any compensation resulting from a failure to deliver.
The information requested during the order must be fully and correctly completed by the customer to ensure proper routing. YOUSSEF AANGA micro-entreprise can in no way be held responsible for delays in delivery resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information given by the customer.
Without prejudice to the other terms of the GSC, the transfer of risks to the customer on the delivered items takes place on the date of delivery of the order.

5.3. DAMAGES RELATED TO TRANSPORT

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the contents of the package at the time of delivery and make reservations, if any, to the carrier.
If a package is delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or its contents, the customer must immediately inform the driver, refuse delivery and notify YOUSSEF AANGA micro-entreprise by email to the following address: contact@themoroccansouk.com.

The carrier is solely responsible for any delay in delivery, theft, loss or damage during transport.

6. CONDITIONS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE

The customer has a period of 30 days from the date of delivery, to return the items ordered for exchange or refund. For any return for exchange or refund, the customer must notify YOUSSEF AANGA micro-entreprise to the following email address: contact@themoroccansouk.com, mentioning his bank details if there is a refund or the details of the product return if it is an exchange.

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer will have to organize the transport by his own means or contact DHL / Fedex / Chronopost our carrier. On the other hand, the expenses of return in case of exchange are with the load of YOUSSEF AANGA micro-entreprise.

In case of refund, the customer is refunded within 30 days from the date of receipt of the items returned by YOUSSEF AANGA micro-entreprise. In case of exchange, the customer receives his replacement item within 15 days from the date of receipt of items returned by YOUSSEF AANGA micro-entreprise.

Products on sale or on promotion can not be returned for exchange or refund

7- PHOTOS

Illustrations and photos posted on the online store themoroccansouk.com are illustrative and not contractual.
Please note that the colors of the photos may be significantly different from those of the items delivered to you, due to the definition of your screen and the intensity of the light when shooting.

The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to the order or these Conditions of Sale will be submitted to the competent court of Commerce of Casablanca.

9- COMPUTERS AND FREEDOMS

The personal data communicated by the customer are intended for the online store themoroccansouk.com.
YOUSSEF AANGA micro-entreprise undertakes to respect the confidentiality of these personal data and to treat them in compliance with the law 09-08 relative to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. The customer has a right to access, modify, delete and rectify personal data concerning him and stored by YOUSSEF AANGA micro-entreprise.
